1. H.S.C. statement of Marks (2 xerox copies with original)
2. Photograph to be affixed on the form.
3. Copy of CCEE result.
Students from outside Maharashtra Board should produce the following documents
1. Leaving Certificate in original.
2. Eligibility certificate from University.
3. Migration Certificate.
